Is there a name for the grab bar or handle on the inside of a car door that you can use to pull the door shut?

Can anyone describe what this part looks like on a Crown Vic?

handle is called a door pull ----you can go to the public library closest to you and look in the Business and Science section and see what it looks like or get a free L&M car parts catalog by mail or look up online at Ford Motor Co.
