What do you call the pc card that receives TV signal?

I have a vaio laptop which has a PC card slot.. Is there such a pc card that can work as TV receiver.. I wanna watch TV on my laptop.. Not cable or satellite TV, but the channels from Antenna.. If there is such a PC card, what do i call it so i can buy it.. Thanks..

P.S. If i have that PC card, would i still need an antenna?

It's simply called a TV tuner card, and yes, you'll still need and antenna or cable or satellite connection to it.
