What do you call the small-font size words at the bottom of an advertisement?

Question

You know the part where the words are written really small and usual says things like "Limited time only" or "Restrictions apply", etc. I'm also asking a word that refers to such kind of descriptions in a TV ad - the part after the main part of the ad, where the person says it really really fast so you can't really hear what he says.
