Hello,

I would like to know what type of telephone do you call this...

e.g.

"Greetings!! Welcome to Yahoo Customer Service.

If you want to talk to a technical staff, press 1...

If you want to talk to a billing staff, press 2...

If you want to know more about our services, press 3...

To repeat this message again, Press 0 to return to menu"

- May i know what type of telephone is this? And also, i would like to know how to install it to our home.

  1. Hi paul aga:This not an ordinary phone. This is a Voice Mail Program that is loaded into & run by a computer. It could be included with the so called key system or as an add on if the key system can support it. Expensive.  exbelltel

  3. It is called an Automated Attendant or a Voice Menu Tree.  It is created through software on voicemail systems not a telephone.
