  1. Ponderosa Pine ?   Hard to be certain without more info (need geographical location, too)


  2. These are very nice, very tall trees.  I'm assuming that they're needle-leaf evergreens.  Could you show us a picture of a twig with the needles green and intact, one of the cones, and a quarter to establish scale?
