  3. That is the seed pod of the Dandilion plant. They have green jagged(but soft) leaves and little yellow flowers.When they need to spread these little puff balls grow up and the wind carries the little seeds away.

It looks like a dandelion to me but there is another plant that is very similar in appearance, but I can't remember if it has the same seed pods, but it tastes terrible and the dandelion is quite edible BEFORE it puts on those heads. Dandelion has yellow flowers that precede the seed heads that are in the picture.
