What do you call those mini-bikes that young people ride around town squares? Do they have a name?

If you are talking about the mini motorcycles, I think they are called Pocket Rockets. The name comes from the bigger version which are frequently called Crotch Rockets. I don't know if those names are the correct names....but that is what people call them.
