What do you call those pretend baby that you look after for a week?

you often get to look after one when you are doing health care and early years at college or teenagers might get to look after one for the week to show them what its really like to look after a baby. also can you tell me where you can get one to look after in cornwall

It is baby think it over...but if you were in the US I would let you come and nanny for me for a week instead. My kids would make you want to get your tubes tied!! I cannot even pee without my 8 year old making the 3 year old scream. And the 3 year old has been staying up til 1-2 am then waking up at 8-9 am. he is very into "I do" even for the things he can't do...and did I mention that he is very active--he likes to do "cartwheels" off the back of my couch LOL
