My priorities would be in the order you have given.

Most people would choose a similar order, as the last three should have either planned or be taking care of themselves.  The animals and environment are "our fault"

It is difficult to chose between animals and environment and they work together. It is no good saving wild life if they destroy their environment.  But then dogs and cats come first. I wouldn't have AIDS orphans but maybe just orphans and street children. But then street children are homeless as well. So maybe homeless and then AIDS orphans. Call me sadistic but a homeless person has longer to live than an AIDS sufferer and will cost less to get them off the street. They can still contribute to the economy but AIDS sufferers can't. They just suck out all the money.
