What do you chefs think about a restaurant that deep Fry's the fillet Mignon?

I work at this Restaurant who put there meat in the fryer to cook it fast be cause they where bissy ,what does that say about that place?

  1. That ruins a good cut of meat.  Yuck!


  2. Whoa! I've never even heard of that. Filet mignon is an expensive piece of meat! They don't care too much about the quality of the product that the customer is paying for.

  3. ugh...that ruins the flavor of it...cutting corners, especially on such a quality cut of meat, is a waste...my boyfriend is a chef at a 4 diamond resort and said "never in a million years would [he] even consider doing that...[he] would fire the cook who did that on the spot."

  4. That they are not proffesional and do not take care of their customers. This is a disgrace to chefs and lying to custormers. They should take there time and cook it right
