  1. To be of service, to be polite, to be helpful, to be courteous.

    Never rude.  Never fed up.  Never put upon.  These so called "customer service" people need to find a new line of work.


  2. Professional Behaviour! Anyone who is professional will generate excellent customer service habits. (i.e. polite, problem solve, detail oriented, etc.)
