What do you consider to be the most important issue for voters in the upcoming elections in the USA?

The Iraq war, alternative fuel sources, the economy, and universal health care.  I guess of those, the war is the most pressing, in my mind.

Well apparently to a lot of liberals on here it is weather the vice presidential candidate had a kid or not. But to me the most important issue to me is Securing our country from the invading illegal mexican population and also from terrorists. I want a strong president that will stand up to anybody that wants to harm our country and defeat them. That is why i support John Mccain.
