What do you do after you save the power plant in pokemon silver?

I beat everything up to the power plant and I have the ss ticket and the pass for the magnet train and I wanted to know how to get entei and rainbow wing in pokemon silver. I figured out how to get the rainbow wing (talk to some guy in pewter city) only I can't figure out what to do now. I can't figure out how to get to pewter city or pallet town and was just wondering if somebody could plz help. thx in advance!

After you "save" the Power Plant, you go to the radio tower in Lavender Town, and talk to a man in a black suit and hat. He will give you a radio card for your PokéGear.

After that go to Vermillion City and use the radio card to switch over to a PokeFlute tune.

After that, go to the Snorlax on the east side of Vermillion City.

Battle the Snorlax, and capture or beat it, and then enter the Diglett Cave (The cave Snorlax was blocking).

Continue to walk until you reach the other end of the cave.

Then use Cut and go north and you'll be in Pewter City.
