  1. Probaly show u all of the volleyball hits (bump, spike, ect.)

    Have teams and play volleyball!

    Practice skills!

  2. Well any way you will probably split into groups depending on age.  If you are older you will do a few drill and skip right into playing matches of volleyball.  If you are younger you will learn how to and work on passing, serving, setting, and hitting.  You will warm up when you get there with stretching and jogging.  After that the head coach will talk to the whole group.  If you get there before the camp starts usually you can grab a volleyball and pass with someone.  You will probably get 1-3 water breaks so pack lots of water (trust me you will want it).  You want to make sure you have knee pads which you can find at a sporting goods store.  Also this is not necessary but lots of volleyball players where short spandex and tube socks.  Good luck with your camp and have lots of fun!!  I hope my answer helped you!!  You will do great I know you will!!

    Keep playing,

    Live the volleyball gal

  3. As its name implies, you will likely be spending most of the day learning about and playing volleyball.  This will probably include drills designed to assist you in developing basic skills associated with the game, such as serving, and the three types of serve returns (dig, set, spike), as well as additional techniques and strategies.

The coaching staff will also likely be assessing campers as future volleyball team members.  There may be also be some team-bonding and motivational-type activities to help develop sportsmanship and camaraderie among the players.

If you like this sport, and are prepared to work on your game, it should be lots of fun for you.

If you have played volleyball on a team before, you will like it because it usually involves fun games and excersices that help you warm up for the time that you play on a team with your school, or whatever. It is great!

  7. You will learn the proper skills and strategies you need to play volleyball.
