What do you do at a water themed party?

Me and my friend are having a sleepover and it is going to be water themeed what i have no idea on what to do at the party. We are both 12 years old and love to party.

do games like water balloon fight or swim races and water games like that. decorations!!! make it ether a blue color or things like water and fish stuff

watch lil mermaid and have lil mermaid favors and stuff.

have everyone bring beatch towels and wear their swim suits, set out kiddie pools and have bubbles, like I said, what  " kk" said...

oh,and maybe do popsicles, like the one in the plastic tubes,

in the mesh bags>??

freeze them,and maybe use ice in the drinks,
