What do you do for sore muscles?

After exercising and the next day you're really sore, do you ice it or do you heat it? My arm hurts after serving with a really heavy racquet in tennis and I just want it to stop hurting and heal faster and get PUMPED so that I can handle the weight of the racquet!

  1. take a hot bath and just soak...i used to do it during my football seasons and it really helps
