What do you do if Sony sends you a broke PSP?

well someone(idont know who) cracked my screen and i had to pay for it myself. when i sent it in the only thing that was wrong was the thing was the screen. when they gave me a fixed one that wasnt even fix. see the square button didnt work and the thing kept shutting off every 30 mins. However, my contract went up and they are trying to get me to pay 93 AGAIN.. FOR SOMETHING I DIDNT DO. what should i do?

you should give ti back to them and say i want a refun

Call them, and thell them.  They should be able to track it and see that you just got it back, and that it was not doing this before the screen was broken.
