What kinds of things do they deal with? Do you need experience when applying? What should I expect in an interview?

  1. Responsible for safeguarding company assets. Primary emphasis is preventing merchandise shrinkage through theft or poor paperwork. May also be responsible for physical security of home office building(s) and warehouse(s). May do executive investigations. May have an auditing department monitoring cash flow documents.


  2. I work at sears and i know that they usally have only a few peolpe on at a time (1-3 in our store but were pretty small)

    They watch the CCTVS too make sure things are going alright.

    They usally carry keys too get into cabenits, if someone gets hurt they fill out reports.

    You'll see them alot in electronics putting security senors on things and making sure that the things that are supposed too do.

    They do something called missions when they go too get the person they saw shoplifting and bring them too the office (i dont know what happens in the office they are very private about it).

    Alot of times they walk the store in regular clothes too make sure no ones shoplifting, and kinda keep an eye on the peolpe who they think are. You do police reports and sometimes you may have too appear in court.
