  1. You are safe indoors.

Take some English classes, your communication skills are atrocious.

  2. Indoors, you are *probably* safe.

If your building has no damage from lightning, that is a good sign.

Any grounded metal objects above you in the building are likely to protect you, even if lightning strikes the building.

Even if there is no metal above you, *and* lightning strikes the building, it would be unlikely to strike you, unless you were wet, standing on a shower drain (or other-wise grounded) (and no metal shower head nearby).

  3. I'd suggest you take a course in basic English at the 6th grade level, actually.  Not being rude, but......there is even a spell checker with this service.

  4. You have to stay close to the ground when you are outside. People say to stay close to the ground when you are outside because lightning strikes the tallest object around. You are safe in a building;buildings have lightning protection. If there are other buildings around the same height or even taller, you are completely safe. Even if there aren't, you are completely safe.

hun, you need to read over what you typed all the time. Not just in school, because it was very hard to read your question because many things were spelled wrong and you have bad grammar.
