Understand that the someone you know is living in a "Low State"

People who live in low states ALWAYS get what's coming to them. It's a universal law and cannot be broken.

Now they may NOT get what's coming to them on your time table but trust me, they will get what's coming to them "Good and Hard" when the time is right.

P.S. Start to understand Low States and High States, then you can go about your business without a worry.

Blackmail?

I don't know.  It depends on a lot of factors.  Is he a good friend or an acquaintance?  What are you personal views on income taxes?  There are many ways to twist logic in order to justify whatever you plan on doing.  It's called political science.
