What do you do if you accidentally vacuum up something of your kid's?

Like a piece of lego, barbie's shoe. Do you dig it out of the bag or think "oh well, at least I won't vacuum it up again"?

Well in my case it was an earring of a pair that cost $400, so yeah, I dug through the bag.

well, if it was a bag, no, i wouldnt, if it was bagless i suppose it would depend on the item. my son has so many freakin toys though i sincerly doubt he would notice anything missing that was small enough to get vaccuumed!

my vaccuum has an external chamber that pick up anything big, so its easy to get out.

my vacum doesnt have bags, so it would be simple to retrieve,but depends on if it would be missed by my child or not.
