  1. You go to the doctor.

  2. Well, did you injure it, or do you know what might have precipitated this pain?  What were you doing before it started?  Knowing that something hurts isn't enough information really, but here are some basic steps for home care.  Take an over-the-counter pain killer/anti-inflammatory (ibuprofen) and try alternating ice and heat while you rest the arm.  See if one feels better than the other.  Some injuries/pain respond quickly, but others can take weeks of such treatment.  If you have no reason to have a fracture, then it's probably muscles or tendons causing the pain.  My husband had tendonitis, and it affected him like this.  The doctor had him use exactly what I said plus gave him a small brace to wear.  If the pain persists, then go see a doctor.

  3. You probably splept on it overnight, twisted it in an uncomfortable position, or lifted something really heavy, and injured your muscles.

I suggest you put it in a sling (if you can find one), get a friend to drive you to a hospital, and seek medical attention.

In the meantime, take a hot bath (with your arm in it) and put wet (hot)towels around it.

    Get better soon!

  4. Go do the doctor..asap...it may be broken or sprained! or  if you can't go right away...wrap it for a few days and see if it gets better..if not..go to the doctor.

  5. It is possible that you have sprained a ligament in your wrist, or broken a bone.  My assumption is that you had some type of trauma, like falling on your hand or wrist.  I would be advise you to get it x-rayed and make sure that you haven't broken a bone.  Next step is letting it heal (sprain or fracture).  Ice and keeping it immobile will help.  If it hurts to move it, don't move it.

  6. yeah i would see a doctor.

  7. first you should wrap your arm in an ace bandage, get some ice and put it on there, then make an appointment with your doctor.

  8. if its the hand and arm you use on the computer, that is the problem

i have had it, i had to start using my left hand instead

also my daugther in law bought me a cordless key board and mouse

it makes using the computer more easy for me, than trying to hold my arm and hand in the one spot all the time

  9. Don't move them.  Sorry,  but that was a old set up begging for an old punchline.  You should see a doctor asap.
