  1. Try to cut back on eating and try to eat lots of veggies or fruits!!  If you sit and watch a lot of tv ...grab to can goods and lift them up like weights as you watch tv...every little bit can count....park farther away from the door of your job or home...

I'm overweight and I think if I want Fast Food that's my right to have Fast Food.  I have a McDonald's Double Cheeseburger about 5 or 6 times a year.  I also enjoy Taco Bell's Double Decker Tacos several times a year too.  So, fat or not, you have the right to visit a Fast Food place.   Eat, enjoy, and be happy.

  3. It depends, if you want to remain fat, ....keep on eating unhealthy food and do NOT exercise at all. On the other hand,.. if you want to change that,.. just do the opposite.

  17. I guess i would try to do the exact oppisite of whatever im already doing. but a good trick is when your eating slow down and try to taste and savor your food. it tricks your mind and body into thinking you've eatin enough and gotten full.

    Dont forget to excersize!!!

  18. Eat healthy, watch your carb intake. Eat smaller meals 5 times a day instead of 3 big meals. The 5 meals are 3 small meals and 2 snack meals in between.  If you are overly overweight, start a exercise program that consists of walking (not running). You want to get at least a 20-30 minute walk in daily. And after you start trimming down, look at other cardio activities like running and swimming.

  19. tyr to set a goal for that week for exercising, eat right and heathy foods, and drink more water, if you are hungry just drink an ice cold water and wait 30 minutes, if you are still hungry then you are truly hungry. The most important thing is to be happy :)
