Hi everyone..

I don't know why am I being summoned to court, like i don't know if it's a parking or a driving ticket, it doesn't specify.. but i've never been, so i don't know what to say or do! :( i'm really scared, do i have to give specific details of what happened that day? or do they only ask if i plead guilty or not? if someone has gone through this can you please inform me? Thank you so much!

  1. First thing you do in any court hearing is plea.  If you plea guilty or no contest (same thing) then they offer you your options.  If you plea not guilty then you have some sort of hearing before a judge or someone acting like a judge in a parking situation.  No worries these things are informal and everyone understands your nervous.

  2. both, no worries, the cop ALWAYS lies and the JUDGE ALWAYS believes him

    its a waste of time

  3. Some really detailed information on the blogspot below

  4. If it was a speeding ticket they probably would have pulled you over.  If you were caught on a camera, they would have mailed you a ticket.  My guess is that it may be regarding something else.

  5. You need to call the court and figure out what it is that you are being summoned for.....your options will greatly change depending on what you are getting summoned for.....before you even consider the next step that is what you need to do

  6. Without the details, no one can give you an opinion.

I can say this... It is not up to you to prove you are innocent, it is up to them to prove you are guilty.
