What do you do in gym highschool?

like how many miles you run, stuff like that, and is it hard?

  1. For Gym (also know as P.E - Physical education) I have it three times a week.

    - In Spring time we do our althetics and we have to complete High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump, 100 metres, 200 metres, 400 metres, 800 metres and 1500 metres. All of our times are recorded and are compared to last years to see if you have improved.

    - If we are lucky we get to play volleyball, basketball, tennis or something like that.

    - I hate this, so I hope it rains so we can stay inside and play badminton.

    - During Winter time we have to do social dancing.

    - We also have to do cross country (not horse stuff) which is just running in muddy grass until you feel like collapsing.

    - All through the year though we have to do fitness (choose from cardio, general fitness, toning or strengthning) I choose General Fitness which means you have use the treadmil and the bike and loads of other machine plus 90 sit-ups and 30 press-ups. Other stuff too.

    It is very difficult, that's why I hate gym, other than gym I like highschool. Hope this helps.
