What type of music lessons?  For choral music you might learn some songs, talk about "do re mi" and learn basic rhythms.  An instrumentalist might learn how to count, to read notes and fingerings.  Aside from percussion, you will talk about how to breathe properly.  You might also learn about music theory and history.  It really depends on what you are taking lessons for.
