What do you do on a carribean cruise?

I'm planning to book one, but don't know what you do on one. are there scheduled events? if so, what are they? what leisures are there? what do you do to pass time on a cruise?

I've only been on Carnival Cruise line and you can be as busy as you want to be on a sea day.  You can take advantage of the gym, spa, trivia games, bingo, casino, art auctions, movies and countless funny games around the pool area.  You can eat all day and night long.  There are many types of entertainment such as singers, comedians and dancers.  There will be many types of bars with different types of music.  It was my goal to do as much as possible on our last cruise and it was my husbands goal to do as little as possible so he just hung out by the pool.

Been on 2 cruises so far, the first to Hawaii and this last one to the Carribean. There are all kinds of things to do on the ship. Shows, Massages, Exercise classes,A Casino,Arcade,All kinds of places to grub, Bands outside entertaining you while you enjoy a cool drink in the sun while you look out to endless BLUE ocean.

Now depending on which Island you visit, that will determine the types of excursions. Check out the desired cruiseline and link onto their Excursion offerings for the desired trip, that will tell you of the available excursions.

This Last Carribean cruise was more slower paced compared to Hawaii. In Belize, we did get to go up the Old Belize river and check out HUGE iguanas ,monkeys & critters in their natural habitat & hike up to these old Inca Ruins of Altun Ha.  In Roatan-Honduras, we got to go out on a smaller boat and check out these abandoned Shipwrecked boats that was cool. In Hawaii, we got to do a Helicopter ride in Kaui, Do some Tubing , Check out the Volcanoe Ntl park,Luas, Pearl Harbor, the Polynesian Cultural Art Center etc.. Hey both were enjoyable.

Sun and fun.  There are many things on board...silly games on deck, eating, the sun, swimming pools, silly games inside, food for days, shopping, eating, a casino, dancing, shows, parties, eating, and then there are the days in port...

I think a cruise is the best vacation ever.  Go with someone (or some people) you really have fun with, and you'll have a great time!
