  1. just join a health clud and i walk  briskly on a tread mill for 3 mil or 45 min then i bike fof 20 min then i pass out


  2. I eat little and walk briskly everywhere, I'm quite trim for my age.

  7. that David spoke sense...........i have never sort of over eaten...& i move around a lot , never sit still getting up out of my chair to do something........but i have a high set house also all my life even as a kid, with about 14 steps...i go up & down them a lot throughout the day, going into the garden etc... plus i walk.

    secret..........never over eat.......been trim all my life....i only eat to live...never live to eat.......often think, gee, i could eat 4 slices of bread, especially if its something yummy on it, but i never do.....& i could eat all the cake...but i never do...never really ever exercised, ever..housework...garden work..all exercise

  9. Breathing and generally being alive burns calories but running and doing aerobics and stuff burns them up a lot quicker

  10. doing exercise bike morning and night 40mins+ will do a good job of dropping the weight and better on the knees than running

  11. Right then dee,calories can be burned through exercise,but much less than through less eating or the right type of food being eaten.If you go jogging for 5k than you might lose 200 calories,but if you eliminate that coca cola than you instantly will not be putting 300 calories in your body.

    So lots of fruit and veg,plenty of easily digestible food,ie rice,pasta,beans etc.Reduce right down putting dead animals into your body as they are full of a type of fat that the body struggles to  break down and so fat settles around your body.

    Once you get your diet sorted,the reduced calories will mean weight loss,than supplement that with exercise to further lose weight and especially tone the smaller body frame.As a woman your calorie intake should be 2000 per day so look at calories on the packaging.So burning calories is hard work,but not sticking them into your body in the first place is easier

  13. Walk to work! Seriously, an easy way to burn calories. Its better if you leave 5 mins later, you walk faster therefore burn more calories! (I tend to do that after a pig out day!)
