What do you do to a old friend that you hate SO much?

This girl that i have been friends with since 2nd grade and she is really annoying. she always has stains on her face and shirt. she hits me when she is joking and she screams for regular talking. its embarrassing. help.

Just have a talk with her and slowly drift apart.

True friends don't get embarassed by what their counterparts do.  You can't be a true friend.  Move on to someone else and just leave her alone.  The problem isn't hers it's yours.

You're really not her friend, then, are you?  If you were, you would help her or at least sympathize.  Why does she have stains on her face and shirt?  What's her home life like?  Could it possibly be that her parents don't bother teaching her good hygiene?  Could it be that she is living in a situation where people scream to talk all the time, so she's adapted to that?  

Even if she lives in a perfect home, it's entirely likely that she has never quite learned good social skills.  Instead of silently bemoaning your luck at her picking you for her friend, why don't you live up to the title of friend and give her a helping hand?
