  2. you can't make yourself grow, it depends on genetics, but there is excercises that you can do to make yourself appear and feel taller. try doing pilates, it is designed to make you get lean muscles, and to lengthen you and it can help you get toned, which is a bonus!

    hope this helps.

  3. There is no way to increase your height.

Height is determined by genetics, so that site estimated approximately where your height should be, judging by your parents' heights.  However, if you are living a healthy lifestyle, and taking your grandparents' and brothers' heights into account, you may or may not grow taller.  You are most likely not done growing yet.

Height cannot be increased unless it is through bone-lengthening surgery, which is an extremely painful and expensive process, and not worth it. However, height can be negatively effected with lack of exercise and a healthy diet.

The best thing you can do is eat healthy, do regular exercise, get enough sleep, and you might just grow taller, if not, be satisfied with your current height, it's really not bad.

    Best of luck!
