  2. I seriously tell myself that I am better and more well prepared than anyone here and have much to prove (this is for debates). I'm not a conceit, but you have to give yourself some assurance when it comes to doing things in front of a large audience. I have to count my deep breaths, and if there is anyone acting negative, I stay away from them, because I don't need the put-downs when I have to excel. When it comes to exams, I also have to just read and absorb the material, and then reassure myself that I did my best. And stay away from people who are there to play mental games to fluster you!!

  3. I breathe slowly and tell myself that I know all of my material and that it will be alright.

    I also tell myself that I've been in the situation before and that I can handle it. Just give a continuous flow of positive reassurances.

  4. I breathe, and think that it's meant to be. =]
