What do you do to encourage younger photographers?

How do you handle them on YA? In person?

I think younger generation nowadays needs the right kind of motivation and inspiration. One that will boost their interest and will enable them to materialize their dreams.

Are you going to train a set of youngsters that has potentials in photography? Well, you got to be their source of inspiration and to do, set a very good example.

i presume you have lots of experiences in photography already that really developed your talent. Do you have enough exposure? i have known one site that promotes photographers to worldwide casting events, it's in New Faces at http://www.newfaces.com.

What you must first do is to sign up a free portfolio there and who knows the inspiration that young photographers need lies in new Faces.

Mostly by keeping my mouth shut, that way they don't realize that they probably know way more than i do !

How do you handle them ? when there is great joy and excitement i joy and excitment with them, its fun,

when they start to look deeper and become more self critical of their images, i say learn lighting or something like that et cetera, handling is a funny thing if i interperet you correctly?
