i have trouble sleeping at night and need advice a better way to sleep faster

  1. Take a really hot bath or shower, and then go to sleep in a cold room. I keep my bedroom in the 60s. (That is cold to me since I am from FL).  


  2. imagine you are doing something really dull and boring , like waiting in a doctors surgery or are in a really long queue of traffic, the duller the better

  3. Count sheep (or horses or cows...)  

  4. think about something you like or like like to do or better yet think of 2 girls in ur room n what u gonna do to them

    or take a p.m pill

    that always work 4 me

  5. I work from my feet upwards tensing all my muscles. It really relaxes you and when I couldnt sleep, I did it and feel asleep right away!

  7. I had the same trouble before I had my daughter 23 months ago. I used to take Ambian. If you can get a prescription for them. Then I took Goody's PM. It is the green pack not the blue. I could only find them at Quik Trip gas stations and other little stations. Or you could have a baby. I guarantee you will no longer have sleep problems. Now of days I would give my legs almost for just a 4 hour nap.
