    Positive thinking is one. Look in the mirror and tell yourself out loud, I like myself, I am nice looking, say it with confidence you will start to smile.

    Live in the Precious Present Moment. Close your eyes and smell the air, pick a smell, are just look around at the leaves blowing softly in the wind.

    Exercise lets down a chemical called endorphins. It makes you have an overall feeling of well being. It is free so start exercising.

    Take control of your life, in all areas. Being in control makes a person feel empowered.

    Knowledge is power. So learn new ways to take charge, Spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically. I call this the four step system. You will feel better in no time. Go for it.
