  1. Do what makes you happy.

    I find exercising, sleeping, listening to music, hot showers, fresh air anything along them lines good.

    Try and stay away from things like eating junk, watching the news -not usually positive things on there & annoying people (lol). But it's a bit of a personal thing whatever makes you happy:)

  2. Listen to uplifting music  like 'ready for the good times' by Shakira

    Exercise

    Have a long shower and while in there have a big cry session

    Get dressed up really hot and go out

    Call up my friends

    watch the secret

    get a brazilian (the pain is a great distraction and you feel s**y after :)

    Look at old happy photos

    Go to a pet shop and look at the little cuties


  3. Run or draw something which involves killing whatever your mad at or something you don't like. It actually helps. :)  

  4. Have a good rest, with no noise or interruptions (hopefully). Have some chocolate if I have some on hand. And definitely pray.

  5. 1. Crank up the music and have a nice relaxing bath. Then when you get out it's like you're all new!

  7. crank some really happy music on my iPod, go 4 a run and jump in the pool! or read twilight AGAIN!

If eating a full snack-sized peppermint Aero doesn't work its usual miracle, I'll go to bed, and with the covers pulled up round my ears, feeling warm and snug there in my little cocoon, I'll listen to Stephen Marley songs, specially these - She's Gonna Leave, Hey Baby, Fed Up, and the most serenity-creating song ive ever heard, Inna Di Red (featuring Ben Harper).  While basically these tunes are reggae, they aren't your traditional stuff, so why not give them a try and see if they work their magic for you as they do for me.

    orrr...i spend time with my nephew he's always very funny

    or even with my partner ....

    Just do something you love to do - draw, read, gym, shop - actually take that shopping one back..that could have massive implications ;) especially if your female... *giggles*

  11. I sometimes give in to 'retail therapy' to be honest. I try to think the issue through for a bit and then move on to something I enjoy, good tunes, exercise and positive company.

  12. Go somewhere very quiet, with good accoustics, turn the light out (this is optional) and play music, either guitar or piano. I play not a happy, upbeat song, but a song that suits my mood. It lets me think to sort things out. And gives me a chance to take a few deep breaths and figure things out.

  13. Just sleep. When you wake up, you'll be in a better mood.
