How do you recycle? Does your city have curb side pick-up? What do you recycle and how do you do it?

Recycling is the best and easiest thing you can do to help mother Earth <3. anyway usually u can go down to a store and sometimes theres a recycling center close by. If u go there u can get paid back (not a lot).  Things to recycle- plastic bottles, glass bottles, and aluminum cans!

Councils in the UK are finally waking up to recycling.

We've got a family of four down to one bag of refuse a week by recycling tins, plastics (mainly milk cartons), cardboard, newspapers and related stuffs, glass and foil.

Sadly though, our local council collect once a fortnight so we prefer to take ours to the local recycle depot as we generate quite a lot.

One day, councils will get it right!

Using BIO Degradable for Bathing & Teething ( Neem Leaves & Neem Stick )

I am having lot of information about Eco friendly items for Bathing/Brushing/Cooking etc.

I recycle everything I can, there are a few Grey areas, what to and what not to and Lewisham borough council asks you to put it all in one wheelie bin, except food of course.

Where I live, Waste Management picks up recyclables curbside every other week.  I recommend calling your local garbage company (for example, mine is Waste Management) and asking them about how you can recycle.  They should send you another garbage bin (of a different color) for you to dispose of recyclables.

Also, aluminum cans, plastic bottles, glass bottles, and tin cans that say anywhere on them CRV (Cash Refund Value) can be brought to recycling centers for small amounts of money (typically about 5 cents per can or bottle, depending on the state)  Recycling plants can be found in just about every city.  Also, Albertsons and Ralphs sometimes have mini recycling plants that accept glass bottles, plastic bottles, and aluminum cans.

there are places in your town to take the recycling. most towns charge home owners yearly for use. here in Indiana i pay 25.00 yearly. so i intend to separate my garbage.

use boxes for my grocery shopping.
