  3. A hot bath with epsom salt

  4. epsom salt is better. The alcohol will dry your skin out very bad.

  5. i think .. what I do for the norm..is lpcate a dark ../ warm room and sleep//

  6. Well I personally like to take a warm bath and massage the sore muscles.

  7. rubbing alcohol's not good for you. try lavender essential oil, or marjoram with epsom salts, and a cup of tea

  8. If you live somewhere where it is legal, smoke weed and get in a bubble bath with soft music playing. It will be the most enjoyable experiences you have ever felt. (This is mostly a joke, but I'm also serious) :D

  9. I love essential oils.  This is a recipe for a muscle relaxer:

    cedarwood-4 drops

    chamomile-4 drops

    lavender-4 drops

    lemongrass-3 drops

put in a carrier oil such as almond, avocado, borage, flaxseed, grapeseed, hazelnut, jojoba, olive, sesame, walnut.

Use 1 teaspoon of your choice of carrier oil. Put it in your bath water after you have filled the tub. (If you put it in while you are filling the tub it will evaporate.)

  10. I believe epsom salt and then maybe you should get a rub down from your man!
