What do you do to sleep better?

I have been having trouble falling asleep and staying asleep for a while now. What do you do to help yourself fall asleep and to get a better night's sleep?

  1. Go to bed at the same time every night. Also ear plugs work great (my husband snores! LOL!

  3. buddy workout will definetly give u sound sleep.

    get tired by running weight lifting.

    try to avoid day sleep.

  4. Go to bed the same time every night, wake up the same time every day no matter how much sleep you get. This will set your internal clock. Drink a glass of warm milk before bed, which contains tryptophan to make you sleepy. If you cannot fall asleep for 20 min, go into another room until you start to doze and immediately go back to your bed.

    also, stay away from anything with caffeine..
