  1. Stay focused, keep reminding yourself 10 more months, less than a year, people would love to have my job.  The time will go by faster than you think.  Good Luck!

  2. obligations.....family,,,,,bills,......

  3. i get on yahoo answers all night to make it AAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL better

  4. Maby talk to your boss or if thats a bad idea you can make friends there

i hoped this helped plz give me points thank u1

  5. think of how much the time on the job will serve to catapult you onto and into whatever job you may be going to..... experience is a plus always and time on a job is always a plus....

  6. You can either do a job that sux

and maybe get big bux for it,

or if you are not happy with the work and the pay isn't so great,

I'd say start looking for another job!

  7. If you have to deal with difficult people at work, to improve communication will help to reduce frustration

1 What to say, how to say it, when to say it, be self controllable

2 Keep your confidence high!  Don't let them bully you into submission

3 Keep your emotions in check.  Avoid cry, scream and blank out

4 Prepare yourself to say what you should say (and take the professional path, not the emotional one)

5 Give feedback in stressful situations

6 Keep yourself cool at the same time as confronting someone

  8. Hard to answer without knowing why you hate it.  If you can't change it or your feelings about it, it would be best to start looking for a new job.

  9. Get more involved with fellow associates and look at it in a positive way. You ONLY have 10 months left so make a calender that you can tear away the days as they go by. So right down things randomly on the calender for you to do. Such as do this and that at work. Make it a countdown celebration

  10. just stay focused and do it this is training also. you hae to do things you may not like at times. it takes alot of patience to do this and its time consuming for you to do this but in the long run you will learn a valuable lesson. you can also be looking down the road for a new job and when you land one give them two weeks notice they have to give you good recomendation.

  11. Think about the positive that will come out of it. You will have all that experience and I take it that you are good at cause you said many other people wanted the position you hold now. I understand how you feel. I did not attend college so I definitly have worked many jobs that I have not liked very much. But I need to work while I go back so I just think about when I am finished and I get to start doing what I want to do. Do you love your job. If you dread doing  your job everyday then you need a new one. If you don't enjoy your work you CAN"T be the BEST at it. Your whole heart won't be in it. Think about it.

  12. I was at a job job for 6/5 years and hated it. I was NOT respected appreciated and treated like dirt.

Yes there where some fun times but it was a deadend job. Heres what you do.

Be patient QUICKLY pay off everything with the current Job's $.

Then go and get the one that you want.It worked for me and now I am sitting here when most people are at work enjoying MY summers off. Enjoying my life AND time. And doing what I want and like to do.

I dont have to work in the heat anymore and stand for 8 hrs a day. I have my own desk and am greatly respected. I work 7-8 months out of the year. and love working for the schools.and have my own side biz.

You do not have to be a slave to a job that disrespects you.Go for the BEST and go for the gusto!!!!

I did. Take it from me.
