What do you do when a friend moves?

my friend was going to move and i was so sad but now hes not but if his mom and moms boyfriend get in another fight than he'll move what do i do so it will not happen again.

Arguing never solves anything. In the words of Dale Carnegie

"The only way to get the best of an argument is to avoid it."

Try to talk to your mom tell her that you get annoyed when you see her arguing instead tell her just to talk about the problems at a more moderate level and you will be able to get a much better outcome than you ever could arguing.

I know what it's like to have a good friend move. Two of my close friends moved away but there's really not much you can do except make new friends, you can still of coarse contact them over the phone or internet.

You have to work hard to keep in touch but with msn/myspace/facebook/texts blah blah it's not that hard.

My best friend moved away when i was small and we had to write letters to each other, the friendship gradually faded but we still occasionally talk over myspace.

If he does end up moving then do something nice together before he goes.

be urself with your friend, help that person whose's going thru the hard tim, be their for that relationship of becoming BEST FRIENDS, stay in touch always thru phone calls and texting if you can. but be a FRIEND to your FRIEND, not the parents.........
