What do you do when corporate doesent answer the phone?

I have a question about my paycheck and the managers of my fast food establishment were not helpful, so i tried calling the payroll department under the corporate office number and they said they were out for the day. I called the other number and it was an answering machine type of number, i left a message in full detail, and never got a call back.

who do I talk to when corporate doesent answer me?
