  1. happens a lot to me i put the music on loud and shut the door i listen to songs that signify a strong indpendent woman cuz honestly u dont need anybody play miss independant or soulmate i love those songs at a time like this it helps me realize im the most important person in my life sometimes i cry and talk out the whole situation in my head like im telling it to someone else then the next day i play my favorite sport for me volleyball but that changes for other ppl it helps get anger out i love spiking at the ball when im mad its great

  3. Take a break from it all for a while. Try to back off and do your own thing for a while but try to listen what they have to say, it might really be important. If it isn't, take it easy and don't do anything you'll regret later.

  4. I guess I try to go for a walk or get some space, somewhere that I find relaxing or soothing, like the beach or somewhere out in nature, and breathe some fresh air, try to take my mind off things..

    Maybe it depends on whether you get your energy from being alone or with other people?  If you're a people person, then maybe just hanging out with a friend would help more, or going somewhere with other people around, but not necessarily anyone you know, like the mall or something?

  5. I would just stay home, locked up in my bedroom and listen to techno music.

    go for a peaceful walk in the evening by yourself

  11. maybe you should look at yourself. you may be angry at yourself but are blaming the people around you. What has happened recently in your life that has changed you? after all you can't change people but you certainly can change yourself.

  12. Talk to them about it. In a polite manner. Sometimes people can be more caring when you approach with the things you are dealing with. Exercise and taking time to asses your currents goals and position in life can help as well. Sometimes dealing with others means questioning yourself first. Is there something rather than someone that makes these people too much to deal with? How much time do you take for yourself? Everybody does something for a reason, that reason you most likely will never know for sure. Get yourself into a better schedule and realize most of the things that people do to make you angry are very easy to avoid. Walk away until your in a better mood, don't worry about it and they may give up pestering you, if it's a job then focus on doing your job rather than how your job is treating you.  

  13. Turn your phone off and have a relaxing day to yourself.

  15. Have a cigarette and enjoy a peaceful evening by myself (maybe watch the sunset, go for a walk, etc). Or I head down the to do-jane and see if anyone else is up for some sparring.
