What do you do when the on demand on your cable doesn't work? can you fix it yourself without calling comcast?

You can disconnect the box and re plug it back in. Wait for it to load. Should take about 7 minutes. This has worked for me.

Mine does it all the time for some reason. P.O.S!

All I do is wait a few minutes or try another movie selection. After a few minutes it usually works, if not then try to reset your cable by shuting it off then back on again. If that doesnt work then give em a call or watch something else.

you can try to but it's best to call comcast

i hate comcast's customer service it's horrible

um, chances are, you wont be ably to fix it on your own.

no mine didnt work yesterday just call the number and they will fix it right then its all done on a comp. unless somethings wrong with your box
