  1. You pay a fine and go home.   You may find it more difficult to return....but they also don't want to deter tourists from coming.  Normally you have to be in the US 24 hours before returning on a new visa

  2. If you have money to pay the fines, you shouldn´t have a problem and you can leave for minimum a day and then come back if you want and you get a new tourist visa. But you should get on it A.S.A.P. Good luck!

  3. You will normally pay a fine of the equivalent of about $70 USD.  However, the airlines are the ones who normally collect this document and they RARELY check it closely.  If they do comment on the date, they will send you to the immigration office - normally at the same point of embarkation and you pay the fine.

Since the FM-T's are not FULLY computerized, you can easily turn around and enter Mexico minutes after having crossed the border.

Of course, this always depends on where and how you cross the border.

Note that I am not advocating the breaking of any rules or laws, but merely speaking from experience.  I have lived in Mexico 15 years (legally) and have crossed the border under many different scenarios.

In short, don't worry - be happy.  You wont have any problem.
