  1. Try and find something to keep you busy.

  2. blabber to friends/family, then read

  3. idk but rite now i'm really really really worried

  4. write poetry and draw illusions of my poetry

  5. go for a walk

    listen to music

talk to a friend about it

or simply sit and figure out what you are depressed/worried about and make yourself work through it mentally.

  6. Well first you need to determine what you're worrying about. Ask yourself if it's something you can change or if you don't have any power over it. Basically when I'm worried about something, if I have the power to change what the outcome is, I tell myself to start doing something about it instead of wasting time being depressed. For example I worry about my grades some of the time. If I took the test already, then what's done is done, worrying would only cause you to feel worse. If the test is tomorrow then I stop moping and start studying (which would of course change my grade). I don't know what your worries are so I can't help too much, but also try going out for a walk, exercising, the like. It'll help to calm your nerves down so you can think better.

  7. play golf and swing life away ;)

  8. I work and stay busy.

  9. Listen to my ipod or take a shower.

  10. find something fun to do

  11. I cry a lot...

  12. Beat my meat. Seriously.

  13. Pray to God... ask him to give you a peace..  JEsus christ loves you. and died for your sins accept him.... romans 8:39

  14. Keep silence.

  15. have a beer and a cry

  16. think about it..what went wrong.. ;p

  17. i cry, whine to friends & family, & just try to keep myself occupied.  it doesn't always work right away, & depending on the situation, it takes longer at times than i'd like.  but i just have to keep a clear head about it & eventually a good attitude & try to find another way to look at whatever's bothering me.  sometimes it's a "blessing in disguise" type of thing, even though it might not look at it at the time... but other times they just seem like some kind of situation where you can feel helpless & just wanna say WTF, &/or ask someone WHY.  unfortunately, we don't always get the answers to these questions, but it helps to look forward & "think positive", or fake being optimistic until things ARE in your favor.

but... i just have to point out & ask why someone is apparently giving just about every response a thumbs down for no reason :-P  seriously, what's the point???
