What do you do when you're really angry or mad?

How do you cool off? Just wondering because I've been realllllly pissed off lately and I just need a way too chill.

  1. i meditate and listen to soft quiet music.

    i don't talk to people because it will only get me more fired up.

    1-draw to let out some expressions

    2-write,anything!-to let out ur emotions and feelings

    trust me it works:)

    or talk to someone..even urself,that usually works for me

    and trust me im ALWAYS in either a pissy mood or angry

    so try all if not one of these:)

    oh listening to music also helps relax:)

    no hiting or punching walls..that only makes it hella worse

  3. I take a nice long nap and estrange myself from who or what are bothering me.

  4. music. try that girl. music should help.

    try a combo of music and exercise. you'll be so out of breath, you wont even let the anger get to you... i promise

    (not some slow azz classical music either, i mean, your regular hip hop r&b or alternative)

    remember, when your sad, listen to easy going music.

    when your MAD, listen to faster music, bc slow music will give you time to keep thinking about what made you mad*

  5. i go in my room and cry and hug/squeeze my pillow really hard. oh and i decided to write in  diary...that helps A LOT. i'm getting ticked off by my stupid new school

  6. well it depends. if im at school and i get super pissed off... well once i got into a fight sorta, or il just completely spazz out,  but when im not at school i just run into the bathroom slam the door put on peaceful music light some candles turn off the lights and have a bubble bath.

    or i write a mean story about whoever is bothering me
