You know, one of those days where nothing goes your way, and even if anything did, it doesn't make you feel the way you should. At night after a bad day from start to end, how do you make yourself feel better?

  1. listen to some good music, or do something that always makes you happy or feel good. Hope this helps! =]

  2. I shower, change into something comfortable, go to my bedroom, shut the door and just watch TV till I fall asleep.

Basically I make my bedroom my pesonal refuge for the night and just relax till the next day comes, hopefully the bad luck passes.

  3. When I have days like that, I need to be alone.  So I generally take a bubble bath.  Light some candles, put on my favorite music and try to take my mind off of things for a while.

Read your favorite magazine or watch a movie and turn in early.  Tomorrow brings another day with a whole new beginning.

    Best wishes

  4. At the worst time of that day. I try to look at what i do have! Not what i don't. Then i feel like i'm rich! Support from friends or a good cry  don't hurt either!

  5. I had one of those lately. Reach out to those around you that you can trust. Hopefully they will commiserate and help you find humor in life again. I did and by the time we were done talking I was laughing and believe me I had had a terrible morning. I still felt bad but not like the dirt on someone's shoe sad.

Lately, having contact with a best friend of mine really helps.

I also find it to be helpful to use Johnson & Johnson's bedtime bath. Pour some in the bath, and soap up with some. But make sure you have no allergies or respitory problems.

Coming on here and telling jokes where it is appropriate also helps.

Responding to emails and comments from my 360 page helps.

Shooting pool, darts, or throwing baseballs help

Relaxing at this one place I like with sweet tea and video poker helps

Prayer helps and trying to do things for the Lord

    And sleep, sleep, sleep.

I used to emotional eat, but not anymore

  12. Actually I used to have days like that, in the end the stress of coping with it all got to me.  However to make myself feel better I used to go out and do some window shopping, get some exercise and have a good healthy meal.  Then I would talk with other people about my experience to try to gain their perspective on things and to hear what went on with their day.

  13. eat a bowl of ice cream.

  14. Well you can realize that you maybe not the only one. Lots of people have bad days. But why don't you treat yourself to a long hot bubble bath, or take yourself out to dinner. LIght some candles, burn some incense, or buy yourself something special. Play some soft music also. Be good to you. Blessings

  15. first you cry a little bit, that always helps me......then you turn up your music, sing and jump on your bed......

    OR

scream at the tops of your lungs into your pillow and then go rant and rave to the nearest person about how much your day sucked.

    OR

Take a hot shower...change into a very large oversized shirt and go to sleep.
