Find out what you wanna eat and just go in and order, they will follow, or if they wont, atleast you wont faint.

Tell them it is their turn to "PAY." (they will pull straight to a fast food restaurant unless they where in a good mood, suspect a buffet)

Go to places that have buffets so they can choose. Or sometimes you can list restaurants and types of food and see if anyone wants any of them. Or go to the mall because the food court has different selections of things to eat.
