  1. get drunk

  3. shop, drink, smoke, find someone to talk to that was in your shoes.

  4. listen to my music at volume

  5. go for a run..it helps me to center myself

  6. Exercise is definitely a good idea, produces endorphins, a substance in your body, which makes you happy :)  

  7. I have a nice long hot bath and listen to sad songs. It calms me down and gives me a good cry. It doesn't work every time but it still feels like a relief, even if temporary.

  8. spoil myself for a while, then get over it. Or try to get over it.

  11. watch a soppy movie so i can have a good cry and let it all out

  12. My boyfriend usually comes over and brings me something that is my favorite: a book, flower, movie, etc. Then he just stays with me until he knows I'm okay. It always works.  

  13. Make a list of good things in my life.  Make a list of simple tasks that I know I can complete.  Get something done.

    And maybe have a piece of chocolate.

    -I watch a comedy on T.V. Something I know will cheer me up.

    -I take a calming walk.

    -I invite a friend over and we play a game.

    -I focus on each part of my body individually, making it so it RELAXes.

    -i go to the movies, with a friend usually, someone to cheer me up. ( A comedy or an adventure. Not a romance or a tragedy.)

    -I read a book.

    I love the forest, and i love cycling...so i cycle to a far away forest...and i sit and listen to the wildlife....

    Find two things you love, anc ombine them....like strawberries and champange!

    Or a girlfriend, and your favorite restaurant...take her there....

    Im sure you can think of your ideal venture!

  18. Play music 10 times the healthy volume.

    Play violent videos games.

    Sit in the corner of my room in the dark.

    Hit things, or nut the wall.

    And if I feel like it, talk to my friends and girlfriend, who always makes me feel better :)

  21. I used to self harm. BAD idea. But if i get upset now i watch telly or find some other way to keep my mind off it. Drawing is a good way to do this too.
