  1. when i am sad, i think about my mother & my father. because they make me feel so special. thinking i am important in  this world and i am very special. =] so think about someone that makes you happy. think back on the past and think of the good things you had. this help me to cheer up right away!!! :)my mother makes me feel so happy, she treats me so kindly and my father i can depend on him with a lot of things. so think about your parents or someone special in your life. it might help!!! well, SALAM , bye bye!! =]

  3. hey your the same person that keeps telling everyone you eat just before Fajr namaaz, That's pretty much incorrect so please stop saying that to everyone! there's a specific time called Sehri time. People should find an online Ramadan timetable for Sehri and Iftar times.

    And do answer your question, i unfortunatly indulge in superficial happiness, like watching Scrubs friends and any kind of comedy. It cheers me up. dunno how. and sometimes i wallow, but then i regret it.  

  4. Read quran and dua'as, and call my friends. wallowing isnt good, just makes you feel worse.

  5. Talk to friends, go out and distract myself...ect

  8. I sometimes watch sad, depressing movie that has good moral/meaning.. Cuz at the end of the day, it's not all bad.. It'll soon be over..

  12. I have had times of sadness recently, that come on what I think are medical reasons. I get into the Psalms and read them, Or I will call some of the places I know for inspiration, and soon I will see other children, and enjoy them, or go up for Mass. Do some de cluttering, and get past the point of feeling sorry for myself, and start praising God for all that He has done for me.  

  13. I mope around and cry. Then I pray to Allah foe help. After that I eat chocolate then mope around some more. I repeat this cycle until I fell better!

    @ tasha19: You do have to eat before Fajr it is known as Suhoor/sehri :) I don't see what the confusion is...? You don't have to wake up at a FIXED time for Sehri i.e if Fajr starts at 4.10 it is okay even if one wakes up about 4am, or even before.
